Interested in Bringing your Brews to Bangor?
We are so excited to present Bangor's Beer Festival - Tap Into Summer on Saturday, June 22, 2013.

The festival is a one-day event;
comprised of an one hour VIP tasting session, followed by a four hour general
tasting session. Each attendee will be
receiving a wristband and samples punch card. No admittance to anyone under 21, period.
We encourage each brewery to bring a special brew, only to be served during the VIP session, which starts at noon. There
will be keynote speakers and guests, Chris & Merideth
from the TheBeerGeek.com beer blog. Lunch will also be provided to all
participating breweries and VIP ticket holders.
There will also be time for five of the participating breweries to speak their special beer and possible pairings (presentation times are limited and are first-come first-serve).
General session will start at 1:00 pm and end at 5:00 pm. We will be offering special designated driver packages for the attendees. There will also be additional food vendors and entertainment throughout the day.

Bangor’s Beer Festival will be held on the Bangor Waterfront. We will have two tents (tasting & food/entertainment) double fenced in the green space by the Harbor Master’s office on Front Street, near the Sea Dog restaurant.
Beer: The GBCVB will be putting a cap on the amount of beer each brewery will be asked to bring for samples. You are able to bring as many types of beer as you’d like and are encouraged to bring a cleaning station. There will not be running water at the venue.
A standard booth space includes: 10’ x 10’ space, with 8’ table and two chairs. Each space will have appropriate linens, signage and two volunteers. Breweries also receive a “Make the Most of Bangor’s Beer Festival” marketing suggestions and ideas booklet. A standard booth is $25.
Each brewery is also offered the option of purchasing an additional merchandise space, which includes an 8’ table, two chairs and appropriate linens. You must provide your own staffing, equipment and the GBCVB cannot make change.
Set-up is on Saturday, June 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. All brewers must be set up and functional before 11:00 a.m. General session starts at 1:00 p.m. and will end at 5:00 p.m. Tear down will begin at 5:00 p.m.
